Basic Information
​​*If you are interested in commissioning me, please contact me via my email or the social hyperlink icons located at the top and bottom of this page. DeviantART or my email are the quickest methods as those are checked regularly.

*In general all of my art is not free to use in any way shape or form for commercial, merchandising, financial gain or private usage!
-If you commission me for artwork and you are someone who posts commissions you have gotten previously from others, this is acceptable. Please credit me if you do so
-Those who have recieved commissions from me may use the art I made for them as their profile picture/background/etc. as private usage, not commercial.
-There may be some exceptions such as free to privately use repeating backgrounds I have made. Or I have explicitly stated a piece of artwork is free for private usage.
-I myself have used other peoples artwork for my desktop/laptop background, this is a respectful usage of any artwork in my opinion.

*Posting/Copying/Tracing/Reposting any of my artwork is unacceptable and will be subject to reporting or legal action if the condition deems necessary. Do not commit Copyright Infringement or Art Theft.
-If you notice my art has been used inappropriately, please inform me.
-I reserve every right to request my intellectual property be removed from inappropriate usage.

Commission Process

*Payment is upfront and in full using Paypal or Venmo
-I do not accept checks.

*Between each phase of the commission, I will request adjustments and approval before moving on to the next phase. ((Rough ) Sketch/ Lineart/ Flat Colors/ Shading) Please request edits before approving onto the next stage, it is inconsiderate to the artist to request major changes after approving previously. After approval of the sketch phase, there are no refunds. Please carry out the rest of the commission.
-If there is an emergency where your decision to commission me was not judged appropriately and you require your funds back after the sketch phase. This can be arranged, but will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me again unless you can show me that the next time is truthful.​

*All of my prices are simply base prices. What you would like to be done may be subject to an upcharge depending on complexity.
Purchasing Adoptables
​​
*All adoptables are for private usage, NOT commercial use or merchandising. Do not buy my adoptables to resell for profit/price gouge, you will be blacklisted.​
-If you resell an adoptable, do it for price bought. Making or receiving extra artwork of the adoptable is not grounds for increasing the price of the design itself.
-You do not own the intellectual property of the design, you did not create it simply by purchasing it. You are essentially leasing the right to use it as a character.

*If you attempt to claim an adoptable then go back on the decison after I have accepted it, you may be blacklisted. Please think before making your decision.

-Platonic and Romantic/Intimate Scenes

-Mecha
-Not Safe For Work Art (Sexually Explicit)
-Overly complicated designs that require massive amounts of concentration and work time (Ask in advance)
-Direct characters from media (Ex: Crash Bandicoot, Walter White, Princess Mononoke, Luigi, Sonic, Buzz, Etc.)
